Birth

If you live in Bosnia and Herzegovina and your child is born in this country it is not possible to register its birth at the Embassy of the Kingdom of The Netherlands in Sarajevo. The birth of a child needs to be registered with the local authorities. Bear in mind that a foreign birth certificate must be legalised if it is to be used in the Netherlands.
