You can apply for a new paspoort at the the Embassy of the Kingdom of The Netherlands in Sarajevo. Opening hours of the consular section are from 09.00 to 12.00 hrs on Monday, Wednsedsy and Friday. The procedure of issuing of your passport usually takes 1 to 2 weeks time. This Embassy is not authorised to issue Netherlands Identity Cards (NIK)
